I agree! Although there are plenty of inter-house events throughout the year, they all seem to be competitions, don't you think? Things like that only create tension between the houses...

It's a good thing the Gryffindors and Slytherins didn't end up sharing a dorm, though. I don't know what I would have done if I couldn't escape to my common room back then.
